The team left my bed frame in the living room and never bothered to bring it to the bedroom. I had to drag it by myself. It was a total pain and definitely not what I expected from a professional service.

The company was very unprofessional and kept adding charges. Walk more than 75 feet they add a charge . They added for things that were discussed in the initial interview and on the contract . They know they have you trapped by hold your furniture hostage . Avoid . Perhaps all moving companies are unethical

If you like being sold false expectations and told your stuff would fit in certain amount of cubic feet when they know you will need more feel free to hire them. Will never hire a moving company that doesn’t send a person out to do a physical walk again! Moving is hard enough, especially across country, metro hop will just make it more difficult!
