If you like being sold false expectations and told your stuff would fit in certain amount of cubic feet when they know you will need more feel free to hire them. Will never hire a moving company that doesn’t send a person out to do a physical walk again! Moving is hard enough, especially across country, metro hop will just make it more difficult!

I paid extra for them to pack and transport my artwork safely, but they still managed to ruin it. One of my framed paintings had shattered glass, and another canvas had a tear in it. The way they handled these items was shocking, especially since I paid a premium for special handling.

Found used bubble wrap with weird stains on it when they started packing my dishes. It looked like old ketchup or something else I don’t want to identify. Made me question their hygiene standards.
