Used them about a month ago. They were the cheapest quoted and I had a big move. Took 2 truck loads and there was still lots left to move. Guess they are only hired for a certain amount of hours. First off before they even got their names out they were talking to me about how much I should tip. Second they were instructed to not touch certain items. Those items were moved out of the way so they could work. However the items were touched and relocated anyways. Third I am missing about 5 boxes of things. I have gone through every box that was moved and they are no where to be found. My other house was completely empty. They didn’t tell me to come and look in the truck they just came in said they were done and left. Wasn’t very pleased with them and how they handled a lot of things

I have used Metro wide movers several times when I’ve moved. This last move that I did. Two of my tubs were missing they have valuables in them. I believe the two men that move me took those tubs. I would never use them again.

At first I thought they did a great moving job, quick and efficient. Until I realized the following day I had about $300 worth of items stolen. Upon calling them, of course they won't take blame for anything missing. I would NOT recommend and do not trust this company.
