When I booked, they said my things would be delivered July 1st. It is now the 3rd and I am unable to get any answer about when they are coming. When I call, it's just hold music and answering machines. My estimate was 2200 and in the end it cost 3700. They offer discounts to people who leave 5 star reviews, so don't trust anything positive you read on here. This company is disorganized and it feels like a complete scam. I'm in an empty apartment in a new city with no clue when my things will arrive.

This company is the biggest rip-off, do not use them. They hit you with all Kinds of fees. They lie to you just to get your business and refuse to deliver your furniture to your house. Saying they cannot get down the street there is still 2 storage bins missing worth $3500 broken my 70 in TV all the company gave me was $300 when there's was $ 3500+ stuff missing and broken other damage don't use this company this is the worst company still waiting for my refund bad company when are you going to refund me my $3500? For stuff that was Stole.this company should be put out of business
