We had a long-distance move, and I was honestly worried about the logistics involved. The crew made everything so much easier. They packed up all our belongings carefully, communicated clearly about the timeline, and everything arrived in perfect shape. They even checked in along the way to keep us updated, which really helped with the stress. I can't thank them enough for making this move so much less stressful than it could have been.

After being burned for over $2700.00 by a previous mover, Here I am with the exact same issue : They over promise. After going over the inventory 3 times, and sending pictures, the broker Jared assured me that they all of the items would fit based on the 300 cubic square feet....Great, so I thought. The day of the move, the movers told me that all of items in the quote would put me over the square footage. I didn't add anything else, I only wanted what was in the so-called "binding contract ". Included in my qoute (and pictures) were 55 medium sized moving boxes, the dispatch Paula says "I thought they were shoe boxes, can you please send pictures". I sent all of the pictures, and screen shots of the lies Jared told, and now, neither will return my call. I want my refund of $796.12, as no services were rendered. They have both blocked me, and refuse to answer the business line. The last time I spoke with Paula, she said I would need to speak to the finance department. I have left several messages, and no one has responded. I ended up having to spend double to ship my items, because I am on a time constraint.

I needed help rearranging furniture inside my place for some renovations, not a full move, just heavy lifting between rooms. They treated it with the same care they would for a full move. Protected the floors, asked where I wanted things, and didn’t complain about going back and forth to adjust things. That kind of help was exactly what I needed that day.
