Had one bookshelf that was falling apart. They adjusted it, tightened screws, and packed it well. Arrived better than it left. I didn’t expect that kind of care. It was nice to see real effort in small moments.

Old dresser has a sticky drawer—I warned them. Didn’t need to. THEY KNEW EXACTLY how to angle it. Wrapped the legs, padded the edges, moved it in one clean swoop. Not even a scrape. That’s experience, plain and simple.
