My story the same as so many others on this site. All a game to quote low enough to get your business and a non refundable deposit only to increase the cost by 4 - 5 times the original amount when actually booking the move. I had the exact inventory list and cubic sq ft based on the rental unit size. They either make a quick buck with non refundable deposit or people are willing to pay 4-5 times the original quote all because they twist and turn the numbers. What other business is allowed to operate in such a manner. Talked with 4-5 different men who were all so kind and friendly, all saying they were going to get this figured out and to date - 10 months later no move, Phone numbers don't work and no email reply. I would never have agreed to a $10K move when being quoted a $3800 move. It would have been much more than I can afford and I would have had to make other plans. To date they have $1700 dollars straight to the bottom-line.

This company is a scam!! We provided Prime Line a detailed inventory list for our move. Prime Line gave us a reasonable quote. When the sub contractor showed up they had the wrong inventory list and our quote literally tripled. Prime Line customer service supervisor told us “company policy is to never give a refund, so good luck getting one.” We were then told the piece counts we provided meant nothing , only the square footage of space. They intentionally ask for piece count of items knowing the pieces will not fit into the allocated square feet of space on the truck. Moving our home was never going to fit into 700 square feet and Prime Line knew that from the start. This company baits you into a contract they will never fulfill. They do it on purpose and it starts at the very first contact. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

**I am hoping to update this when they finally contact us and when we make the move if nothing to stolen or damaged** (only 2 stars not 1 because I am hoping they will resolve this!)My husband and I are moving from Utah to Florida. We contacted this company and they seemed reliable and we wrote up our contract. Some things to note.-we saw some negative reviews pop up about them arriving and up charging by thousands. Their box size is 1 x 1 x 1 feet. Not a typical moving box. So our original moving quote was 30 boxes which we have but it’s 30 small boxes. This would be 30 cubic feet. Our normal tubes you can buy at any store gets us to 120 cubic feet.-we have tried to call multiple times to update our quote so they cannot charge us an insane difference. Each week they say someone will call and no one will. They originally said someone will call 3-5 days before the move. This way you are out of the 7 day out cancelation fee.-we stated we have a large sectional couch and it was marked as a 3 seater couch so that will be an up charge.-we were told we could get a full cash refund as long as we cancel before the 7 days out. They then said that isn’t true we can only get a credit to use with them
