We had a very good experience with Princz movers. Karoline & Denise worked their butts off. Very friendly & polite. Mo was also helping but was handling a situation I believe with Top Tier Moving. I would NOT recommend Top tier moving (they contracted with Princz movers) to do the actual move. Contact Princz moving directly and don’t go through Top tier moving (top tier will rip you off). Ann in customer service was also very helpful. Would use Princz movers again if ever needed.

DO NOT USE THIS CROOKS!!!! We had them move our household. their driver ended up killing another motorist and rolling the moving van. the company never contacted us about the accident or even so much as offered a solution. the abandoned our items, never once had a concern about our items. the only way we found out about it was from the insurance company. The whole experience with this criminals was horrible at best. I should have canceled the whole thing when they took a whole day to arrive for pick up. Then wanted to charge me more because the brokerage company provided the wrong information. we lost big with this company and it will be years before we ever recover. Still not a single word from them. Not even a "sorry we $#@!ed up." stay a way from this company. they will rob you the second they meet you.

Don't waste your time or money unless you're willing to wait 30 business days which is the equivalent of a month and a half to receive your stuff (according to their contract). They picked up my things on May 25th and its still sitting in their warehouse and they don't even have a delivery driver yet. What kind of company doesn't even have a driver after 3 weeks? I tried working with dispatch and told him I don't want to leave a negative review but still nothing. They have all my things including my washer and dryer so now I have to wash everything by hand but of course they could care less. If I don't receive my things by the last business day I'll be contacting the police and reporting my items as stolen. Don't even bother with this company just go to someone who delivers within a week or 2 after pickup.
