My mother moved from Texas to Ohio. The driver treated her stuff like junk. ALL the boxes were smashed most of the glass items were broken, some were antique. The driver came alone. He said he put an add in Craigslist and asked people at truck stops and gas stat for help. My 75 year old mother was devastated. All her family heirlooms were destroyed. The driver kept smiling and said he’s just the delivery and she needs to claim insurance. He told her it’s not a problem. How is this acceptable?? No elder should ever be treated this way!!

An excellent move! Guys were very professional and accommodating from the start to the very end. The care taken to protect the property was evident from the moment the team entered the house using plastic floor covering and padded protectors for the doors and banisters. Highly recommended!
