Azimuth, did good by me. Vlad and Antonio called to give me their arrival time and showed up exactly on time. They efficiently loaded a large truck working non-stop. They arrived at my moving destination minutes before I did, again wasting no time. They were able to unload the truck bearing my estimated time thus saving me money.

I spoke with a representative named Chris. When we were first talking, he seemed very interested in helping me with my move and said he would give an estimate that could not be beat. I told him I would call back to follow up. He called back himself 30 minutes later, and I told him that I found a better deal. He did not offer to match the estimate of the competing company and frantically asked questions about how they made their estimates. After feeling a bit uncomfortable, I explained to him that I would reach back out if I needed services later, but he hung up on me. Worst customer service experience I’ve had in a long time.
