The team that showed up didn’t seem to have a clue about what they were doing. They brought no tools, no dollies, and looked unprepared from the start. One guy kept complaining about how heavy my furniture was, even though I had listed everything during the booking process. They constantly asked me where things should go, despite me labeling everything. By the end, they were visibly annoyed when I asked them to move a dresser to the right room. I paid for professional service, not a group of amateurs with bad attitudes.

We were especially eager to move because our furniture was both heavy and fragile. The Summit Van Lines staff was great throughout the whole process. Installing our furniture, carefully wrapping and packing all of our things, and putting them in the exact order we told them to was a very detailed job.
