They subbed our move out to a company that missed 3 straight pick up windows on 3 consecutive days claiming their truck broke down all 3 times. Swift shift was less than no help and I ended up having to work directly with the company they subbed to in order get any info at all. Horrible company and lesson learned, always go with the asset owner.

When the movers came, they were set and ready to do the job well. My furniture was cautiously packed and the team didn’t do anything in a rush. I admired how patient and careful they were when treating my glass cabinet.
