Long Story short they bully you in to making a deposit with a low quote and after we cancelled under the guidelines stated in their contract, they never refunded us our nearly $1,300 deposit. It was one excuse after another, they make you use Venmo instead of a credit card so you can't get your money back, we found that out the hard way. Venmo was absolutely no help, we even filed a police report. We tried the Better Business Bureau, the Transportation Department and finally a lawyer but it would cost us more money to fight it and that is what they are banking on. We would've loved to take them to court just for the principle of it but unfortunately the move was expensive even though we did it on our own with a Penske truck. They are not actually a moving company at all but a Brooker. Don't waste your money! Research real actual companies it will cost you more, but you will not lose your money.

They are a scam. My husband and I were planning a move from Los Angeles to Texas. Casey gave a quote. My husband paid a $1300 deposit via zelle (they wouldn't take cc's). They then held our deposit for ransom and demanded another deposit or cancel the service. Their behavior is unethical. Do not trust them with your stuff. All of these positive reviews are written by staff members (who may be related?). DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. GO ELSEWHERE. It doesn't matter how nice they are on the phone, THEY WILL keep upping your quote and hold your deposit ransom. USE A BETTER COMPANY.

Thanks to the knowledgeable movers from United Moving Management, we are thrilled to have found the perfect house. Moving made us very happy. The crew was timely and careful with every item, loading the moving vehicle with an eye for detail. It was also quite reasonably priced. Highly recommended!
