It was a horrible experience, I will never go again with them they lied and gave a completely different quote than the original quote, They rejected pictures and video calls for the items, they didn't want the details or anything and they confirmed the day of the pick up nothing would be changed. On the day of pick up, they just didn't answer and later they said you have to figure out with the mover and they just don't contact you anymore. The people don't answer any questions and they don't care about your situation.

This was not a good experience moving from ND to Oregon...I got a Binding Moving Estimate from Casey at United Moving Management LLC, and a delivery window of Oct 19th to the 21st, 2024. When movers came to load they added almost $1400 on to the cost which I had no recourse other than to pay. When the 21st arrived and no furniture, I called and was told the furniture was still in a warehouse in MN. No one reached out to us to let us know about this issue...NO communication!! We had to stay in a hotel at over $114 a night until the furniture finally arrived on Oct. 28th. When unloaded, the Harley Davidson Fatboy motorcycle had 2 chips out of the gas tank paint and a one of a kind coffee table had a big scrape out of the side paint. Filed complaints with them and with the US Department of Transportation Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration...waiting for answers...My advice, don't use these movers...there is NO communication on their part and when they finally did answer my calls they were rude and horrible to deal with.

I had a wonderful experience with Stacey in sales. Unfortunately, the night before my move I got a call from Tony, in quality assurance, upping my price by another 50%. When I complained, he said the sales person screwed up and would be fired and he would not honor the deal unless I paid the difference in cash, that night. Since I was flying out the next day, I felt I had no choice. He said he could cancel the deal if I didn’t want to pay more, but that I wouldn’t get my deposit back. Like I could get another mover by the next day! To be clear, the sales person was great and the movers (different company) were wonderful. But United Movers, the broker, will never get my business nor that of my family, friends, or acquaintances - ever! I have not been that stressed by an experience in over 20 years! Do not use this company!
