I had scheduled the move weeks in advance, but the day before, it started pouring rain, and it continued to rain throughout the day. They didn't complain once, brought extra covers, and made sure nothing got soaked. I was sure my mattress would be ruined, but they kept it dry the entire time. I was seriously impressed.

I was quite anxious about relocating an old upright that has been in my family for many generations. They had cushioning and a dolly for their protection. Everything went smoothly, and they helped me find the best position for it acoustically when we arrived at my new home. No better service could have been asked for.
