The driver tried to raise the price the night they came to pack me up, then the next leg driver refused to unload my belongings when they got to U-Haul storage unless we paid them an addition $300 because of the amount of steps, on 1st floor to put it into storage. I was going to pay the extra after I had to contact the local Police because they were rude (being nice by saying rude) to us & the U-Haul employees. They wouldn't unload until we gave them a check for $300.00 & no name filled in the payee space.When we unloaded the storage units, boxes were crushed & things broken that had "FRAGILE & GLASS" written on all sides of the boxes. Furniture had gouges on table tops, end tables & curio cabinets. These items were wrapped, so it had to have happened after they unwrapped them.Their Supervisor would not return my calls after the unload day. I wanted to tell him how bad this driver (supervisor) acted. So no response, I could only give them a review.

All in all, a fantastic day! The movers were punctual, careful with my belongings, and meticulous about placing each item exactly where I had specified. I will definitely recommend them.
