I was dubious about the service, but James and Thomas exceeded my expectations. My belongings and documents were carefully packed and delivered to my new flat, which was away from my previous apartment.

Worst moving experience imaginable. We sent over a full list of items to be moved and were given a quote. Scheduling the move itself was awful with the movers showing up a full day late. When the movers arrived we were informed we would need DOUBLE the space quoted to move all our items so the move cost twice as much as was quoted. Calling customer service to try and resolve this was useless, we were basically told they couldn't help us and to deal with it, very rude and unhelpful. If you want a stress free and surprise free moving day STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

What great dudes. I have to mention that the service was lightning fast and really effective. My husband was the only one who didn't think they were great because he had no plans to move again, but we've already recommended them to two other people we know.
