Read More I've been driving over thirty years and Dannie is the most honest service rep I've dealt with. He replaced a window motor that ended up faulty and took care of it right away. A month later, there was another issue with the window and could have told me anything and charged me anything. Instead, he was honest, took care of it and got me on my way. Very appreciative and will be a repeat customer. Thanks Dannie!

Their alleged GM, who goes by Doug (and will refuse to disclose his last name) is verbally abusive, and uses tactics of threats to court to intimidate and coerce customers. He likes to cite federal websites and goes as far as claiming he is a federal bona fide agent with the FMCSA (in simple terms, he is merely an employee or contractor of a motor carrier). He has rehearsed his script so much and manipulates verbiage to the point that you may feel cornered if you don't know any better. In the name of justice, I am taking all the necessary steps to ensure he is held accountable for all of his past and current actions. This review is simply an attempt to warn you and spare you of the headache and financial loss. All the good review that you see here are either fake, paid for or is another local company with same name
