Read More I have experienced the worst macabre scam! These people are specialists in stealing. Never hire them. They give you a super cheap quote and then the nightmare begins. They steal your deposit. And the worst thing is that they send a huge truck so as not to carry the things to the house or assemble them. And they want to charge you more for that. The salesperson Ann Marie is the most specialized in making fake quotes and pretends to be super friendly. They don't answer the phone or emails. The manager is rudely disrespectful. It really was a nightmare.

Still haven't received our things, the only time they get back to us is when we threaten to dispute our credit card charge. So embarrassing for them. Read More Today I got my things delivered, exactly 16 days after the date I was promised by Anne Marie. Worst experience ever! Please don’t get scammed by her and this company, she’s a liar and everyone else covers her because I called about 50 times and nobody cared (one of the calls Anne Marie actually answered and hung up when she realized it was me), I hope she doesn’t have a job anymore. Some items arrived broken and others missing. Drivers are ok but costumer service is terrible. If you need your things fast please use a different company, they rarely answer the calls and NEVER emails

Had to put up with an incessant number of follow-up calls, and when I told Ian that the calls weren't necessary and I would get back when ready, he had a hissy fit and hung up on me.
