Read More All of my items were thrown into boxes without labeling them at all. As a result result 2 weeks later I'm still unpacking. I found my file cabinet but two wheels are missing off the file cabinet. My brother found a way to get them to drive an 18-wheeler through a storage unit area and they unpacked everything into the storage unit but yet two weeks later I still don't have half of what's in there are even a quarter of it unpacked. Anyway at least the people who packed it up work friendly and polite but they did not ask me about labeling and well at least it's done and what they managed to get packed arrived here did I can see so far.

Read More Please DO NOT ever use this company to move! They misquoted me, had me pay thousands extra for space I didn’t use, broke my furniture, never responded to emails or phone calls. The people who loaded my stuff up asked me to tip them hundreds in cash so they could give me a “discounted fee”. Our unloading time was postponed several times, and the person in charge of my unloading left the site for 3 hours. I had to unload my own stuff!!! This was the worst experience dealing with a company that I have ever had. DO NOT USE! Bad business. Horrendous customer service.
