I was impressed greatly by the way they treated my fragile floor lamps and crystal decorations. Coming in on time and completing within the time frame given was simply the cherry on top. They meticulously cleaned their hands before handling it, which I really appreciated. They disassembled the crib, bagged the screws, and wrapped the rails in a blanket. They seemed to understand the sentimental value behind nursery items. At the new place, they rebuilt the crib so quickly, I was able to get my baby down for a nap in his familiar bed later that day.
