Read More I wish I could give this company a negative star review, but I have to put one to leave one. This company and everyone that works at it is a COMPLETE SCAM! They lied about EVERYTHING! They did the bait and switch on the price, with my estimate going from $5500 to $13,000! They said the truck pulling up at my house would go straight to my new house, but with the actual movers got here they said they never leave the state and they my stuff would be loaded into a semi and reloaded into a smaller truck in the new state. When called to action, they yell at you, speak completely unprofessional and tell you to have your lawyer call their lawyer. Their main goal is just to get the deposit. They don’t care about anything after that and doing have anything to do with your move after that really. They send an actual moving company, who has no clue what you have been told by this SCAM company. And the best part is they will not pick up your calls. Period. After they get your deposit, they just go onto the next victim. The specific people I worked with are Fred, Richard and the all time worst, Jennifer! At least Fred and Richard are polite and respectful when they are lying by to you, Jennifer on the other hand was HORRIBLE and the most unprofessional person I’ve ever worked with. And I run construction projects. NEVER use this BROKER! Just call a local mover and get a real estimate and real movers. These people don’t do anything but work from home to get your deposit!

They wrapped furniture without being told, carried items with steady pacing, and took the time to double-check inventory before heading out. They made the delivery the same day too. Best moving experience ever!

My unusually tall plant and large mirror had interesting shapes. After handling them carefully, James secured them in the car. They advised me on setting up my new area based on the plan. I was amazed at how quickly they unloaded everything upon our arrival.
