Straight up. It's been complete stress working with them. EDUCATE YOURSELF WITH PROTECTYOURMOVE.GOV!!! They tick all the red flags! I found out too late .We haven't received our goods. It's been a month and a half. Talked to Anne, Jody, Ava, among others no answers! SHADY! Please spare yourself the madness we've been dealing with. They hired Bid Company LLC dba REAL MOVERS to pack our stuff. We haven't seen our household goods since.

Read More Being a Navy Family, we had used Amherst for moving in the past and thought this experience would be good. However, they contracted with a horrible company that showed up with 2 men only. They did not take an inventory, did not bring TV boxes, mattress bags, or China cabinet package and then claimed we had more items than given quote for. When our items were finally delivered, we had no way of knowing all our items made it and found rats had been infesting all our items. Rat poop and pee were on everything. All our TVs were broken and we had to trash 3 mattresses as well as bookshelves, clothing, blankets, dishes, toys. To top it off they got their truck stuck in our yard, also only 2 guys came. My husband carried many items himself. They were not able to put furniture together because they lost bolts. So much more went wrong.. Amherst put everything off on the company they contracted with and neither company Is returning calls or even attempting to resolve this issue. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM EVER! And I suggest they never contract with Oasis moving.

They patiently answered all my questions and provided helpful moving tips. The movers were professional and handled my furniture, such as a queen-sized bed and a wooden dresser, with care. They even offered to set up my furniture in the new home, making the move stress-free and enjoyable. I am grateful for their friendly approach and recommend them to fellow first-time movers.

Read More They are real responsive at the beginning but once paid you can’t hear from them again. I did a vip move from Adger to Winter Park , was told it would be a direct move which was a lie. Once my furniture got here, I had Issues’s with the driver. Multiple items broke and you have to jump through hoops too get any kind of refund. I was told it could take 60 days. I don’t recommend them!

This company sees no problems with blowing up your phone while you're obviously on a call and tell them such or treating customers like garbage, and definitely do not want to do their jobs
