Everything arrived on time and in original condition including chine, crystal, and several delicate antiques. The move also included about 100 boxes. They were polite and a pleasure to deal with. Read More Absolutely stunning service; our packing took going on ten hours due to the sheer amount of stuff we have in a three bed flat, and the team just got in extra people and work harder than I've ever seen anyone work in my life. They even helped us find our cat that ran off during the process, and were so lovely and friendly to chat to. I can't imagine ever using anyone else in the future. They took more care with our possessions than we ever have including vinyl record collection, piano, glassware, even carefully wrapping cat toys! I very highly recommend them and can't sing their praises enough.

When the movers showed up it seemed that the list of items was incorrect and was not documented correctly, they asked me to them extra $9500 to make my move for a studio apartment. now they are refusing to give me my deposit back, I cannot get a hold of anyone to speak to from customer service the broker I spoke to ghosted me that day, they caused me so much anxiety and stress that day and on top of that they made me miss my flight that day as I couldn’t leave and I had to find another moving company. Absolutely horrible experience and highly unrecommended. I told them I am a student I really need my money back as I had a budget for my move and working based off of that, and now they would not give me the deposit money back.
