Then my load got third partied out to a company, which I also knew nothing about, that took a month to even tell me my delivery and now is trying to get more money out me. This whole experience has been a joke.

Worst experience of my life. They lied from the beginning until the end.

Read More Worst experience of my life. They lied from the beginning until the end. They don't have their own trucks like they advertise. Came to pick up my 3 bedroom 3 level home plus a 10x15 storage unit in a rented Enterprise truck that was only able to pack 2/3 of our home. We had to rent another Penske truck to clean out our home. And refused to pick up the storage items with them getting another truck. The cost went up $1200.00 from the estimate. All this time Laura who booked me was nowhere to be found during this process. And when we finally got to NC, ALL our furniture was damaged. DO NOT believe them when they tell you they are carrier. Worst experience. Please BEWARE of their kindness from a booking perspective. You will regret it like we do.

Having part of your belongings left behind, waiting days beyond the promised delivery date, and then discovering broken and missing items would be incredibly upsetting. I’m especially sorry that irreplaceable belongings were affected. I hope your concerns are properly addressed and that you’re able to recover your losses.

Read More I honestly never thought a moving company experience could become this emotionally draining. From the beginning, I tried to be patient and understanding because I know moving is complicated and things can go wrong. But there comes a point where a customer has to ask why they are the ones doing all the work to get a problem resolved. We trusted Azimuth Group Van Lines with our belongings and expected them to arrive safely. Instead, we ended up dealing with missing items, financial disputes, and endless frustration. The belongings that disappeared were not just replaceable furniture or inexpensive household goods. Among them were handmade quilts and vintage Corning Ware and kitchen items that I had purchased and collected since the 1970s. These are things that have personal history attached to them, and once they're gone, buying something similar online doesn't make the loss disappear. We also lost practical items like our lawnmower and compost parts. We tried to approach the financial side reasonably and actually sat down together to go through everything. We reduced the overcharges we were disputing to $2,004.91 and agreed to a very limited $5,000 replacement amount for the missing property. That was already a compromise. What really disappointed me was feeling like the company was more concerned about how the situation looked publicly than about making the situation right. Calls asking me to adjust my reviews don't replace the belongings that are missing and don't undo the stress we've experienced. As a military family, we expected a company handling our move to understand the importance of reliability. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling completely let down.

Being charged unexpected amounts, dealing with delays, having belongings damaged or stolen, and then receiving a disturbing message from one of the movers is beyond stressful. I really hope you’re able to hold the responsible people accountable and recover what you lost.

The pricing issues, delays, damaged belongings, stolen items, and then the disgusting message from one of the movers are all incredibly disturbing. You trusted this company with your entire household, including your children’s belongings. I hope your evidence is taken seriously and that this company is held accountable.

Read More We hired Fast to do a long distance move. The cost doubled from the original estimate to the final cost. We had to hire a 2nd mover since Fast left 1/5 of our belongings behind. They delivered many days later than promised. Numerous items including things they packed were delivered broken including furniture & artwork. Several things were missing. The workers were clearly not professional & inexperienced. We have moved a few times & have never encountered a company with less regard for our belongings, many of which are irreplaceable. This company is a complete disgrace & should not be in the moving business.
