They used proper padding and carefully navigated the narrow hallway at the new house. Nothing was damaged, and they finished the job sooner than expected. Very satisfied with their work.

Read More 1 Star — Would Give Zero If I Could, Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a moving company. We were stiffed out of our money and left with zero accountability. To make things worse, no one on the crew spoke English, making communication incredibly frustrating and nearly impossible. We tried to ask questions and express concerns during the move, but were met with confusion and zero clarity. They showed up late, handled our belongings carelessly, broke some very valuable glass piece that was passed down from my ancestors and then overcharged us without any clear explanation. When we tried to reach someone for help, the person answering the phone spoke very little English as well and was very rude, we got the runaround or no response at all. They lied about the contract and the estimate that was give did not add up or match. On top of that the boss who came out with them used my bathroom twice and took a poop and never asked to use the bathroom. Very unprofessional. Do yourself a favor: AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. There are plenty of moving companies out there that are professional, transparent, and actually respect their customers. This one is not it.
