Read More I couldn’t be more delightful about how impeccable and careful The Back Up Movers Company handled my move From Florida to New York. My fear of moving and feeling overwhelmed that comes with the stress of moving was completely taken away from how well experienced and trained they are . I would move endlessly with Back Up Movers ! They are really there for you not only for the business part but for concern that making sure all your things are well handled and delivered to you just as good as they were picked up . This is definitely the way to go moving company to hire !! I am truly impressed . David and his team are exceptionally amazing !!

Read More The loading process was where things got a little hairy. I had a sofa that I thought would be easy to move, but it turned out to be a bit of a beast. One of the guys almost got stuck trying to maneuver it through the door, but they managed to muscle it out eventually. It took some creative thinking, but they got everything in the truck without any major damage. Highly Recommended!!

Read More Instead of stacking the elevator to be more effective or walking down the one flight of steps, the movers moved slowly, frequently carrying items one at a time. We ultimately had to transport a lot of the items ourselves!

This shows their rudeness and incompetency.

I wouldn’t recommend them, ever.

At the end of 12 hours 1/3 of our items were unpacked and we were asked “do you really need to take the rest of this stuff?” Gesturing to the rest of our personal bel ... Read More At the end of 12 hours 1/3 of our items were unpacked and we were asked “do you really need to take the rest of this stuff?” Gesturing to the rest of our personal belongings and valuables. They complained multiple times about work and fought amongst themselves often. Their plan was to unload and reassemble our furniture with 2 of the 3 employees, they decided to have the one person who would not be joining the unload at the new location perform all of the furniture dismantle. Once on location, no one knew how to put our furniture back together and we were told to “google it” with a shrug. We were then charged over 2k from the initial walk through quote which we were assured was “accurate” from the owner himself. I will not even elaborate on the damages they denied and neglected to rectify. I wouldn’t recommend them, ever.
