Read More I hired Battle Moving expecting a smooth, professional move. Instead, they brokered me to American Eagle Relocation, which turned into the worst move I’ve ever had. Final cost was over $1,100 more than my quote (AND I had to leave behind multiple items that were listed on my estimates), my TV screen was shattered, and an entire storage bin is still missing after a month. Communication has been nonexistent from their side. I have called multiple times a week and am receiving no information. Battle Moving made the referral and then disappeared. If you care about your belongings and peace of mind, look elsewhere.

Do not use this company. They want you to wire money because they said they have been screwed over by customers disputing credit card charges. So I wired them money. The quote they gave me and confirmed price was actually thousands less than what the actual charge was. They simply take your money, then pass your information along to the actual moving company that will be moving your stuff. There is nothing I can do about it now. Just know that they are a "broker" not an actual moving company. There is a guy named Sam that acts nice and promises you smooth moving, but in actuality, he is just taking your money for absolutely no reason. Do not hire this company. Let my mistake teach you the truth. This company is a fraud

Read More In April 2025, I paid a $1,770 deposit to Battle Moving Group for a long-distance move from Colorado to Florida. In May 2025, I contacted my assigned representative, Brett Thompson, to place the move on hold because our children were still in school and we needed to postpone. Brett confirmed the move was on hold and assured me the deposit would carry over. In early July 2025, I reached out to Brett again to ask if our revised plan—a shorter, in-state move—would be cheaper. He informed me that Battle Moving Group does not handle in-state moves and said he would check with operations to see if anything could be done. After that, I received no further communication. Follow-up emails went unanswered, and Brett’s company email was later deactivated. Phone calls to the company were met with unhelpful, dismissive responses. To date, I have not received any services or a refund.

Read More This whole thing is a nightmare and continues to be a nightmare and my belongings are still missing a month later and people lie to me everyday telling me one thing and it not being case. Samuel lied to me about Battle Moving being a direct carrier, when I would receive my belongings and the process. He also will not return phone calls. I may have found where my belongings are but that does not help any wand it caused me health and anxiety issues as well as created problems within a new marriage because we do not have our items.
