Read More I can’t imagine ANY of these reviews are genuine. They don't even deserve 1 star. Customer beware. They tried to charge us for several services that weren't provided. We continued to refute and prove the erroneous charges, but the entire process was a huge hassle. Their customer service is deplorable - argumentative, dishonest and could care less about the customer. My items were supposed to be delivered within 14-21 days. We are beyond 30 and still waiting. The manager, Renee, says that she doesn’t care about negative reviews.
