This company is an absolute scam!! They took $3,400.00 deposit from my elderly father-in-law and then hired a third party company to come and move his stuff. The new com ... Read More This company is an absolute scam!! They took $3,400.00 deposit from my elderly father-in-law and then hired a third party company to come and move his stuff. The new company increased the price of the move. When we called Black Tie Moving company back they refused to help or come up with any solutions. They charge you $3,400.00 to find a moving company and take an invoice of what you are moving. They do not take care of their customers and they especially don’t take care of elderly people. Please scroll all the way to the bottom of their website to see the disclaimer that states you can ask for a list of the movers they use. Skip the step and save yourselves some money by calling a reputable company that doesn’t work for Black Tie Company. Use the BBB website to locate a reputable company that cares for the customer. Black Tie Moving in Florida are professional scam artist that don’t back up anything they promise.
