Their service included punctuality along with efficiency and they handled my items with care. Their cheerful disposition remained constant even though they spent many hours on the job. The entire experience became enjoyable because of their attitude.

Read More I moved from a metropolitan one-bedroom flat to a suburban property. They easily navigated my apartment's narrow stairs with my hefty dresser and queen-sized mattress. The vehicle was spotless, and they provided little carpets to protect my flooring. There were no unpleasant surprises or hidden fees. It was a five-star experience, no doubt.

They were very polite and asked where I wanted each of the 10 boxes placed. Nothing was broken or lost, and the whole process was stress-free.

To add to it, the communication was excellent from start to finish. I never had to chase them for updates, and they were always upfront about pricing and logistics. Read More Last April I moved into a place for 3 months, expecting to move cross-country the end of June.I agreed to the refunda dbleeposit of $100 to guarantee me a spring rate (for this summer move).I had to give a 60-day notice at this place, so I decided to extend the lease another 3 months. So, I let BLVD know I wouldn't be moving the end of June.YET, I received a text (the end of June) stating the movers are on the way! What?!I emailed Jose to say I had told him (the end of April) I wouldn't be moving the end of June and to REFUND the $100 deposit.The money was never refunded. They basically STOLE $100 from a senior citizen!

Read More I would not recommend this moving company at all. In the initial stages of my move they didn't cover any of my furniture and banged in all the way to their truck when they then proceeded to wrap my belongings. The foreman, after half of my things had been moved, proceed to correct the behavior and had to argue with one of the workers about why this was the right way to do it.Several pieces of my furniture returned damaged due to this.They will hold your items hostage in their truck while they make you pay the bill for a service that hasn't been completed yet. They'll guess how long it will take them to unload your belongings and if you don't pay they'll keep your items. I'm unsure if I would care as much if it didn't take 30 minutes to actually get the person on the phone to accept the payment. The movers also tried to tell me I had to pay them for their drive home time and had to have the office confirm that they do not, in fact, charge for that. All while they have my items held hostage. I've used movers several times over the last couple of years and NEVER has this occurred before. You pay upon COMPLETION. Period.They also made sure to remind us that a 10% tip is customary for the job which is incredibly unprofessional and rude. While I always tip my movers, reminding me is inappropriate. Wait staff don't do that. Neither should they.
