They displayed excellent expertise at wrapping each piece and supportive accessory. Nothing was damaged or broken upon arrival. We would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Read More Whatever you do, Do not trust BLVD Moving or Interstate Moving and Relocation Services, they are horrible. Be sure to read US Dept of Transportation Red Flag Warnings. They did not send a person out to our house, but we walked room by room on FaceTime and their professional gave us an estimate of $14,000 for the move. Then two days before the move, they require another FaceTime walk through the house and this person tells us our new estimate is $25,000 and either we pay the first portion or they will cancel the move. We did not add anything, in fact, we just retired and were throwing things out yet they almost doubled the cost based on their supposed professional personnel doing the estimate via FaceTime.. We paid, because we had to move. When we arrived at our new house, the movers came and said they would be done by early afternoon. Well 2 o’clock comes and they say they are done unloading and they are leaving. But we paid $25,000 for the full move and complete unpack of the house. We had to call Interstate Moving and Blvd Moving who made the move for Interstate, and finally got them to tell them they had to unpack. The entire afternoon all we heard was they were supposed to be home, they weren’t supposed to unpack our house and this really wasn’t fair. At 6pm we told them to just leave. We were exhausted listening to them complain. We called a local moving company and hired a couple people to help finish unpacking two days later.BLVD also brought in an under aged person to bring things into our house because one of their people did not show up. They also lost our cords so we didn’t have electric cords for our printer, our sound bar, our TV or many other items and they didn’t pack the stand for our 75 inch TV in its box so it had to sit on the floor for 4 days until we finally had to pay somebody to mount it on the wall. This was the worst move of our lives, and both Interstate and Blvd both thought they did a good job and offered $500, which we refused. This was a rip off from the start and nowhere close to a $25,000 move. We decided we would rather warn people and tell them to be sure to read the US Department of Transportation‘s red flag warnings. We thought we were getting a great deal and it turned into a complete rip off and the most agonizing move of our lives.

Read More I had a terrible experience with BLVD Moving. I was promised a flat rate, but hidden fees like an elevator charge and an unexpected $400 truck fee were added later without prior disclosure. Richard, my initial contact, misled me about the pickup timeline, which was late, and eventually stopped responding, forcing me to switch account managers. To make matters worse, my furniture was damaged during the move. The lack of transparency, poor communication, additional charges, and damaged items made this an extremely frustrating experience. I do not recommend their service.
