Read More Their first-rate movers made what could have been a stressful ordeal much more bearable. Even after a long day, these guys came through. The staff worked diligently and politely during the whole process of moving our furniture, which they meticulously covered in moving blankets. We were also able to transport stuff upstairs and downstairs with no problem. BLVD Moving, I am really obliged.

Read More The absolute worst experience ever.Furniture arrived scuffed, boxes crushed, a plate and blender were broken in the process. While unpacking, I realized that things are missing and I called my go to moving guy with BLVD, James and I would get to sent to someone else. Things were just getting pushed and pushed and nothing was being done. No updates. I was having to constantly call to the point that I was just hysterical. It wasn’t u til then that I was sent to Rudy in operations that said nothing could be done. He stated that since things were signed for, there was nothing that would be done. As I was trying to explain that some of my things weren’t on the list, he continued to talk over me. I was also trying to tell him that I was informed that I would be e-signing for my stuff since I was not present but my broker was.So here I am, without my stuff, essentially got the insurance for nothing and left feeling like I was just robbed.Note: I am a very understandable and reasonable person and I tend to be a push over but this was too much

Read More Terrible Experience – Missing Items and Unresponsive Service. I had a terrible experience. I trusted them with my belongings, but they lost two bags and a large box, and their response has been completely unacceptable.Two bags and one large box have been lost, containing valuable and irreplaceable items.When I informed them about the issue, they told me to file a claim for compensation, but I want my items back. Their lack of empathy and refusal to properly assist is incredibly disappointingI am extremely frustrated and disappointed by how they have handled this situation. I expected a reliable service, but instead, I’ve lost important items and have received no support in recovering them.I strongly advise others to avoid this company. If you value your belongings, do not trust them with this service.A more responsive and understanding approach, with efforts to locate the missing items rather than just offering a claim, would have made a huge difference.

Their customer service/ Dispatch team is unprofessional. I had a move scheduled in March and they were late 3 hours! I called after the first hour of waiting and was placed on a 15 min hold… they then told me they have to send another moving crew because the initial crew is running late. Ummm yet no one called me to notify me of any of this! I had to call after an hour ofWaiting. Then the 2nd crew still came two hours after they said they would. So a total of 3 hours of waiting. They dented my 3K fridge. Broke two parts of my new couch/ recliners. I called to make a complaint and no one ever returned my call. So disappointed considering I paid 500 dollars plus 150 in tip to move 4 items 🙄

Read More UPDATE: They charged me more than I was told at pick up. They charged me a shuttle fee on top of that of $467 because their trucks don’t fit into ANY complexes. They only sent one guy(Mike or Mikey) to do a minimum two man job, who left scuff marks on my floor from dragging my items up the stairs and into my unit. Once he left I started going through my things and noticed damage to my totes, my furniture had damage and missing pieces, and my tv is completely ruined. I will update how much damage there is once I go through everything. Definitely going to need to be reimbursed some of my money back because this whole experience has been terrible and I’ve been treated very poorly by this company, along with my items I trusted them to deliver safely.If I could give a negative review I would. Crappiest customer service I have ever had(thank Adam and everyone else that had a snarky attitude with me). First they didn’t know when they were going to come get my things. Then they didn’t come for several hours AFTER my pick up window had past. During the process one of the guys seemed like he was high and literally stepping on my things or banging them into the walls and windows. That was July 31st. It’s now August 28th and my delivery window ends TOMORROW. I still haven’t gotten my things. Then they said I have to wait another week and my new delivery window is between the 4th-7th. I told them I have to work and can we push it to the following week because I’m working all three of those days. He said no because now my stuff has been loaded. If no one’s home they take it to a local storage which I would have to pay for. So basically I waited all this time, I made the time this week to be home and wait for the delivery, couldn’t get a straight answer on an ETA and kept being told to call back, given a new DELAYED delivery window that doesn’t work for me, and now I’m being told if I need to push it out further then I have to pay extra fees. What a terrible company. My baby and I have been living at our apartment with no beds, no couch, an air mattress that we share, and using the handful of clothes we had in our suitcases. Adam had the nerve to try to justify it and say that USPS would’ve taken longer. Blvd moving says my things will arrive within 21 BUSINESS days. Which is absolutely already ridiculous in itself. Forbes definitely needs to take them off of the “top moving companies of 2024” list ASAP. The nerve to tell me Id potentially have to pay MORE money when they’ve already screwed me over is beyond disgusting.
