The way they worked quickly and carefully with our fragile things showed that they were very skilled. During the whole process, they dealt with things like true professionals.

Read More Whatever you do, Do not trust BLVD Moving or Interstate Moving and Relocation Services, they are horrible. Be sure to read US Dept of Transportation Red Flag Warnings. They did not send a person out to our house, but we walked room by room on FaceTime and their professional gave us an estimate of $14,000 for the move. Then two days before the move, they require another FaceTime walk through the house and this person tells us our new estimate is $25,000 and either we pay the first portion or they will cancel the move. We did not add anything, in fact, we just retired and were throwing things out yet they almost doubled the cost based on their supposed professional personnel doing the estimate via FaceTime.. We paid, because we had to move. When we arrived at our new house, the movers came and said they would be done by early afternoon. Well 2 o’clock comes and they say they are done unloading and they are leaving. But we paid $25,000 for the full move and complete unpack of the house. We had to call Interstate Moving and Blvd Moving who made the move for Interstate, and finally got them to tell them they had to unpack. The entire afternoon all we heard was they were supposed to be home, they weren’t supposed to unpack our house and this really wasn’t fair. At 6pm we told them to just leave. We were exhausted listening to them complain. We called a local moving company and hired a couple people to help finish unpacking two days later.BLVD also brought in an under aged person to bring things into our house because one of their people did not show up. They also lost our cords so we didn’t have electric cords for our printer, our sound bar, our TV or many other items and they didn’t pack the stand for our 75 inch TV in its box so it had to sit on the floor for 4 days until we finally had to pay somebody to mount it on the wall. This was the worst move of our lives, and both Interstate and Blvd both thought they did a good job and offered $500, which we refused. This was a rip off from the start and nowhere close to a $25,000 move. We decided we would rather warn people and tell them to be sure to read the US Department of Transportation‘s red flag warnings. We thought we were getting a great deal and it turned into a complete rip off and the most agonizing move of our lives.

Read More I had a terrible experience with BLVD Moving. I was promised a flat rate, but hidden fees like an elevator charge and an unexpected $400 truck fee were added later without prior disclosure. Richard, my initial contact, misled me about the pickup timeline, which was late, and eventually stopped responding, forcing me to switch account managers. To make matters worse, my furniture was damaged during the move. The lack of transparency, poor communication, additional charges, and damaged items made this an extremely frustrating experience. I do not recommend their service.

Read More I waited as long as I could before submitting this negative review, hoping Interstate Moving and Relocation Group and BLVD Moving would honor their promises and make-up for my nightmare moving experience.I was moving from CA to MT and I made sure to perform my research and contract with a top five moving company. I spoke with Anthony Dimarco with Interstate Moving and Relocation Group and he really sold me on Interstate Moving’s high satisfaction rate and he promised the nightmare experiences I previously experienced with other moving companies would not be repeated.Those promises were short lived when Interstate Moving subcontracted my move to BLVD Moving (Chatsworth, CA).Here are just some of the extremely disappointing observations from BLVD Moving:1. The movers took all my small boxes that I had organized and labeled and dumped them into the extra large boxes to save space.2. They took all my large wardrobe boxes and filled them to almost 75% high with other household items, so when I opened the boxes I found all wrinkled wardrobe clothes. The movers might as well have crammed all my wardrobe clothes into regular boxes to save money.3. The movers packed away my brand new LG OLED 4k big screen tv, but the tv was never delivered to my MT address. BLVD Moving subcontracted out the loss settlement to CSI Moving Claims and they offered me $44.80 settlement for my brand new $1,300 tv.4. Interstate Moving and BLVD Moving refused to deliver my household belongings for more than a month. Then all of a sudden they gave me a delivery date. They bragged that if I didn’t accept the delivery on their day and time that they were going to put my belongings in their storage and charge me a whole list of fees.5. Everything that I valued was damaged.6. The movers took apart items and damaged them just so they would fit in boxes. These items were not designed to be taken apart.7. Multiple items were missing (not delivered).8. There were 6 sports bags that were unzipped and open as if someone was rummaging thru them before my belongings were delivered to MT.9. When I started complaining that Anthony Dimarco promised the actions of BLVD Moving would not be tolerated, Interstate Moving reviewed all the previous phone call recordings and found the conversation where Anthony Dimarco assured me the movers actions will not be tolerated. That was short lived and BLVD Moving got away with their threats and delivered all my damaged personal property.10. DO NOT CONTRACT WITH INTERSTATE MOVINGAND RELOCATION GROUP AND BLVD MOVING. Contract with any other moving company and you’ll be much happier and your household belongings will be delivered as promised.

They took excellent care while handling everything and made sure to wrap each item in double layers. Everything was delivered in top-notch condition at the new office site in PA. They did a great job!
