Read More Worst moving company I ever hired. I have been relocated to Maryland from California. Initial contract was $3000 but I ended up paying almost $6000. After delivering my stuffs, one of my furniture had several damage and there were 3 expensive items. They wont take responsible about it, they tell you that you have to deal with the third party movers company. I don't even know why I hired them.

Read More This company is exactly what other's have written about them. They are scammers. We had our stuff picked up on July 9, 2023. We gave $660 to the broker who told us not to go with anyone else because they would rip you off. I guess he knows what ripping off means as of August 13, 2023 we still not have our stuff which is mainly family memories after my parents' death. This weekend they told us our stuff would arrive but it not show up and we did not receive a phone call. I will be looking at legal ways to shut down this company so not else is scammed. Sad that we do not have honest people running businesses.

Read More Bridgeview Van Lines is a total scam. Don’t walk, run away from this scam and their low initial bid. They way under bid everyone else in order to get your deposit, which you will find is not refundable. They will stress that they are mover’s and not brokers, which is another lie. They will say that it will be their trucks, their movers, their careful handling of your belongings, which were all lies. During this time they raised their quote by triple all the while holding your deposit. They then did not show up on time, not a few hours late but days late on both ends. They sent a huge crew of three men, two of which did not speak English, and did not care the least about customer service. This is not a reputable company but just a huge scam! This is my first negative online review of a company but just want others to not fall into the same trap that I did. Run away from Bridgeview Van Lines.

Read More I don't know if I can give zero stars, but I would. This company brokered me off to another moving company without telling me, I was very confused when another company called with my information. I was told specifically Bridgeview would handle my whole move across country. I could not get a hold of them to ask questions, even from the numbers they called me from leading up to my move date.

Did not come time requested which was 9am, came 12+ hours past the time they said they would show up. Would not answer our phone calls, so nobody had no idea if movers or ... Read More Did not come time requested which was 9am, came 12+ hours past the time they said they would show up. Would not answer our phone calls, so nobody had no idea if movers or trucks were coming. We had to be out of our home the next day which added more stress to an already stressful situation. Price given to us in beginning almost tripled when it was all said and done. Also this is NOT a fake review, as I see you like to claim all your bad reviews as “fake” you guys are a nightmare
