Read More I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to after a great support experience with Budget corporate. I had to change a rental a couple of times due to an emergency and the charges for changes ended up being considerably more than expected. I called corporate expecting to have to battle over disputed charges and instead immediately got a real person on the phone who listened and took action. I was very pleasantly surprised and would definitely rent again.
