Read More Leave the depths of hell. They have to answer for anyone they bring in as a subcontractor for the relocation, but I didn't know who you were until later that day. They continuously raising their prices and had the worst sales record in history. Everything I owned was being thrown over the back of the truck by them, so now it's all wrecked, I'm missing a lot of stuff, and I have stuff that doesn't even belong to me.

This is intolerable, and I plan to formally protest to the appropriate authorities. They will claim that the ratings they got are due to the reviewers' emotions or disobedience. As a result, our assessment is supported by reliable evidence. I have copies of emails I've sent them but haven't heard back, as well as a thorough phone log that details the precise times and dates of every conversation I've had with them.

They were kind and willing to assist in order to gain my business, but as soon as they did, they stopped communicating. Any estimate you receive from them is probably going to be inaccurate because they are merely a middleman between customers and movers. My move actually cost a lot more than they had anticipated. They never offered me a new contract and disregarded my grievances.

Bad Service.
