Read More Leave the depths of hell. They have to answer for anyone they bring in as a subcontractor for the relocation, but I didn't know who you were until later that day. They continuously raising their prices and had the worst sales record in history. Everything I owned was being thrown over the back of the truck by them, so now it's all wrecked, I'm missing a lot of stuff, and I have stuff that doesn't even belong to me.

This is intolerable, and I plan to formally protest to the appropriate authorities. They will claim that the ratings they got are due to the reviewers' emotions or disobedience. As a result, our assessment is supported by reliable evidence. I have copies of emails I've sent them but haven't heard back, as well as a thorough phone log that details the precise times and dates of every conversation I've had with them.

Read More I estimated that I would save money if I choose this company. Yes, I did make a mistake. They were kind and willing to assist in order to gain my business, but as soon as they did, they stopped communicating. Any estimate you receive from them is probably going to be inaccurate because they are merely a middleman between customers and movers. My move actually cost a lot more than they had anticipated. They never offered me a new contract and disregarded my grievances.

I hired them to handle the bedroom set, and they brought all their own tools to get the job done right. They even helped me figure out where to put the heavy dresser so it would not block the closet door in the new room. It saved me a lot of time and a massive headache.

Read More I give them a huge thumbs up for helping me relocate my massive collection of indoor potted plants to my new sunroom. I have 15 large ceramic pots that are very heavy, and the plants are quite tall and easy to break. The movers used a separate van to make sure the leaves did not get crushed by the furniture. It was so nice to see my garden arrive safely at the new house.

Read More My sister recommended Choice Van Line to me because she used them last year and would not stop talking about them. I finally understood why after my own move last Saturday. I was moving out of a duplex I shared with roommates and into my own place alone. The movers had to deal with four roommates stuff mixed in with mine and they somehow kept it all straight. I pointed at what was mine, and they loaded it and left everything else. At my new apartment, they carried everything up and asked if I wanted help arranging the furniture. I said yes, and they moved my couch three different times until I was happy. They also hung my TV on the wall for me, which I did not even ask for.
