Read More I spoke with Donna in the resolution department. She was very kind and easy to work with. She went to bat about our increase in moving costs and our Move being late and resolved all of the issues I had. I would consider using Colonial Van Lines again after dealing with her at the end of the whole process. We had some issues with time frame of delivery but all things considered I am happy with the resolution that Donna provided for us.

Read More When planning for my move from MI to TN to a tiny home, I contacted many movers for estimates. Colonial Van Lines had the best reputation and a very reasonable price. Their staff was in contact with me at every step of the whole process. The team that packed my items for the move was efficient and respectful of my things. I was provided with detailed explanations of the process at every stage of the move. My questions were answered at every turn and the teams at both ends of the move were wonderful. The billing was explained well and the estimate I was given was the same amount I paid. I would recommend Colonial Van Lines to anyone planning a move.
