Read More I had a great experience with them. The planners walked me step by step throughout the process. They also kept me updated on where my boxes were. The thing that.really stood out was the driver Luis. He was really cool. He really kept me updated with the shipment and worked with me on the time of delivery. This company deserves every star.

Read More Overall I had a great experience with Colonial Van Lines for my recent move. The specialist I worked with was very helpful. The movers were professional. I received my item within a few days to my new location. The price was more expensive than I expected to pay, however. I will recommend this company to others.

Read More Colonial was great to work with. It was my first time with a moving company and I had my stuff moved from CA to TX. Prices are super high right now for that destination but Melissa and her assistant were happy to work with me and brought the price down below other competitors. My stuff was brought by a third party but the mover was very communicative with me the entire process before her and arrival and throughout. Colonial does tell you if things are not in boxes and the movers have to do that upon arrival there will be an additional charge. So if you want no extra fees for that make sure everything is boxed even small nightstands and such. Also they did charge me extra for a long haul since my storage unit was more than $300 feet of where the truck could park but that was expected on my end. Overall it was a very great experience and I appreciate the company for making my move less stressful!

Absolutely insulting and will be filing a BBB complaint as well.
