Read More Bad experience with this company, This moving company will not return funds to you. They are scammers. Brandon Michaels is a LIAR. They are not real carriers. THIS IS A BROKER AND THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. Find someone else to move you. As soon as a customer makes a complaint they will say " we never moved you and we do not know who you are!!" This move was a nightmare. Things finally arrived yesterday, 9 days after promised date of delivery per Brandon. Many things damaged or broken. I packed 95% and the thing ... Read More This move was a nightmare. Things finally arrived yesterday, 9 days after promised date of delivery per Brandon. Many things damaged or broken. I packed 95% and the things damaged were the few things they packed. Example, lamps in a box with nothing between them and no lid, lamps sticking out of the box. My Olympic torch wrapped in paper but laying on top of garage items, unsecured!!!!!!!!! It is damaged but not broken. My 55” flat screen TV , glass table top to my dining room table, and my 5 ft.step ladder are missing. I left repeated messages with Brandon and Meghan the dispatcher about the delay and where were my things . Brandon never responded. I spoke with Megan once on 8/12. She said my things were in storage until they had a semi with a full load to go that distance. I was so upset. Did not return any other phone calls to me. Driver Mike would not unload the truck yesterday until I paid him. I wanted unloaded to be sure all was there before paying. He said, ok if you don’t pay we leave with your stuff. Charged $2207.00 more at unloading because they said I had more cubic ft. of items than quoted. Well, Brandon quoted off the MLS website pictures of my condo instead of coming in person! That should have been a red flag. I got 3 quotes but Brandon assured me they were the best and efficient and that ONLY my things would be on the truck so no mix ups. WRONG! I finally found out due to storage and truck trouble, my things were transferred 3 times to different trucks before final delivery. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They were totally unprofessional and I am disgusted with the whole situation.
