Nightmare Experience

Read More Last year I hired this company. They managed to damage with scratches and dent more than $1500 worth of furniture. When I complained and asked for resolution, I was told two men would come to my home to determine if the pictures I sent of the damage actually represented damage in their estimation. When I asked for the men to be identified before coming to my home, my request was ignored except for a warning of God's retribution for complaining. My items were chipped, dented, scratched and lost. I guess they figured since on of my antique items had a dent in it that I wouldn't mind all of my furniture being damaged. The complaint was never resolved. This was a nightmare experience. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Spend the extra money and hire a better company.

Read More AVOID THIS COMPANY. Hired them for a simple in town move for bulk items only. Movers were very rough with all belongings and ended up breaking my 2000 dollar dining room table. The movers owned up to it during the move, but called many times to resolve. They denied the whole thing and attempted to use an item on the table that was already damaged (disclosed this prior) to point the blame. They damaged the table beyond repair, even had a professional furniture repair store deem it damaged beyond repair. Left messages and missed calls. No response. I recommend going with another company for your move, especially if you have expensive items. I’m just disappointed in the service. Things happen when you move. Items get damaged. It didn’t even bother me that much since accidents happen, but do the right thing and compensate me for my items and horrible experience. A simple accident that could have been resolved over a couple phone calls and would have resulted in a positive outcome. Highly recommend looking elsewhere for movers.

Read More Convenient Lifestyles Moving Inc is a total scam. Don’t walk, run away from this scam and their low initial bid. They way under bid everyone else in order to get your deposit, which you will find is not refundable. They will stress that they are mover’s and not brokers, which is another lie. They will say that it will be their trucks, their movers, their careful handling of your belongings, which were all lies. During this time they raised their quote by triple all the while holding your deposit. They then did not show up on time, not a few hours late but days late on both ends. They sent a huge crew of three men, two of which did not speak English, and did not care the least about customer service. This is not a reputable company but just a huge scam! This is my first negative online review of a company but just want others to not fall into the same trap that I did. Run away from Convenient Lifestyles Moving Inc!!!!

Read More Worst moving company I ever hired. I have been relocated to Maryland from California. Initial contract was $3000 but I ended up paying almost $6000. After delivering my stuffs, one of my furniture had several damage and there were 3 expensive items. They wont take responsible about it, they tell you that you have to deal with the third party movers company. I don't even know why I hired them.

Read More I’m not gonna go into all the details as it’s extensive but basically I used this company to move my things from NJ to Tx and when my things arrived the driver scammed me for extra money and the important items were damaged beyond repair. Its been 2 months and still haven’t heard anything back from them. I will post the pictures and leave the decision to you if you want to use this horrible company.

Read More I originally hired Fidelity Van Lines to move my items. Turns out they are a broker who partnered with Unlimited Moving and Storage to move my items. These movers demanded I pay $1300 more than when I was quoted when they showed up, delivered my items late, and then demanded I pay extra fees when they dropped of my belongs because I had extra stairs (2 more stairs than what they consider to be one flight) and $400 for a U-Haul because their truck was too large to fit down my city street. A lot of the boxes were torn when they arrived. I will never use Unlimited Moving and Storage again.
