The team arrive promptly and on time. When arrived, they got right to work and were efficient. Came prepared with packing materials to handle my items with care. Communication kept open about what items where packed & made sure to labeled them accordingly. The guys were amazing! Now onto the quote estimate from customer service...WAY under quoted. I tried to be as detailed as possible over the phone with everything I had. I even asked for things to be over estimated just to give wiggle room. When the guys arrived to exam what I had, in the end the quote ended up being doubled the original estimate & I was completely shocked. Pretty disappointing. In addition there was no mention of a 4% credit card transaction fee for the use of a credit card which was not mentioned & not in the estimate so please be aware of that. I'll update my review after delivery of my items.
