I dare you to find a more dependable and efficient moving company than ours; we were in our new residences in a couple of days.

They are not responsive after they take your $$ They are a broker and are responsible for coordinating your move. However all they r doing is taking money and asking mov ... Read More They are not responsive after they take your $$ They are a broker and are responsible for coordinating your move. However all they r doing is taking money and asking movers to come to u. The movers do not arrive on the scheduled days. Crossnation uses outside companies to collect money so in the bank it is under Celtic 75 Consulting and their rep shows his face as a debt collector on LinkedIn. Crossnation did not help me with the arrival of my goods as their contract promised. This is a fraud company or merely a place for a scam. They do not assist you with moves. They don't come to tour house to count goods either. They take payment after payment then disappear. We all reported them.

They show up with a small truck and double the price if you need your furniture moved. Break the contract but say you don't get your deposit back. And they showed up a day late. I updated my inventory list with them but they update with the movers so when the movers came they were going to charge me extra. They act all nice just so you hire them. Stay away from them. The mover was nice. They will respond to this trying to defend themselves but they will say anything to save their reputation. Listen to the consumer not the sweet talker broker who wants your business.
