Read More These people are thieves. They say they are veteran owned and turn around and stab you in the back. The veteran discount was pure BS. They gave a quote and we were leary because of the bad reviews, but being a veteran owned company I thought they would have some honor. THEY DO NOT!!!! They are common criminals. We explained EXACTLY what furniture we had. We got our quote and they outsourced the job to another company. They showed up and demanded an extra 1100 dollars. They are scumbag criminals too. They are called Expert Logistics LLC. Avoid them also. I cannot believe a company says they support veterans and are veteran owned, but turn around and fleece you like a common criminal. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!

Read More I recently hired Extra Space Moving for a residential move, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Initially, they quoted me a seemingly reasonable price over the phone based on the inventory I provided. However, when moving day arrived, the truck was a whopping 2 hours late, leaving me and my family waiting anxiously. What's worse, upon arrival, they had the audacity to claim that the inventory I provided exceeded the allocated cubic feet and demanded an ADDITIONAL $6,000 to move the items that were CLEARLY listed on the service agreement! This blatant attempt to extort more money from me left me feeling outraged and taken advantage of. To add insult to injury, they arrived at the destination a further 2 hours late! After waiting over an hour at the destination, I decided to call the driver, thinking perhaps he needed help finding the new house. However, instead of an apology or explanation, I was met with nothing but rudeness. The driver arrogantly informed me that he had stopped to eat and would arrive when he pleased, dismissing any need to explain himself to a paying customer. As if that wasn't enough, they also refused to reassemble the bed at the destination, even though this service was clearly included in their agreement! Their unwillingness to fulfill their basic obligations added insult to injury. This appalling lack of professionalism and basic decency is unacceptable. It's abundantly clear that Extra Space Moving prioritizes their own convenience over the well-being and satisfaction of their customers. To top it off, I now have to rent a truck and finish the move myself, adding insult to injury. Spare yourself the headache and heartache by avoiding Extra Space Moving at all costs. Spread the word and save others from enduring the same appalling treatment. Learn from my mistakes!!!!

Read More They are a five star rip off business, though! Under duress to move, I got a reasonable offer from the friendly, enthusiastic voice over the phone. Contracts were sent and signed to lock in the quote, guaranteed for 1 year. Beware that, if your under duress move-out situation resolves, and you don’t need these movers after all, you MUST cancel, within 24 hours, to receive a refund. If it resolves 36 hours later, and you call to cancel, no refund, no disputes. After that, they keep your money. The consolation? Hey, at least they honor the quote for 1 year. The description of their cancellation and refund policy is buried down in the lengthy, not very transparent or easy to read language that a stressed out mind in crisis may not easily comprehend. Result: You have paid dearly for your mistake. So you may want to steer steady in another direction away from Extra Space moving & Storage, unless you like to burn money and receive no services.
