In the contract, in a section both the representative and the quality person skipped over, is that after signing the contract you only have 24 hours to cancel(with a 15% fee), after that, you out of luck. Its not in their best interest to verbalize everything in their contract. Just be careful, and make sure you thoroughly read the contract.
