Read More Hansen moved me to another state (via 3 trucks).Upon delivery driver pressures you (he was in a hurry) to sign that you have received everything. I did sign and noticed one hour later I was missing a picture. I immediately reported this to Hansen Moving. I received no help from Hansen nor did I get help from Allied. All pointed to me saying "I signed for the shipment". This is very disappointing, lesson to be learned, "count every item" before delivery driver leaves.I had hoped for better customer service from Hansen, considering they are local. I would not recommend them due to lack of customer service.

Read More I recently moved from Renton to Kent WA with the help of the Hansen Bros. Moving Co. The only thing which would have been better was free service. I promptly received a quote on request; I was kept informed by their office and the moving guys were prompt, professional and quick. Even a short move is extremely stressful, so I can only guess that some customers have extremely unrealistic expectations. My heartfelt appreciation goes out to this moving company!

Read More Our company used Hansen Bros for our move and they were so great! Mike came in and provided us precise instructions for labeling and prepping the materials/furniture for packing. Then when the guys showed up, they were efficient, polite, professional and fast! All of them were spectacular! Josh, Simeon & Brian especially stood out. Really adept communicators. They made this stressful time much easier than anticipated and I highly recommend them!
