The move from North Hollywood to Seattle has been a nightmare. I only went with Hercules because I was assured that they would store my items in Seattle. I went over this point several times and it was printed on my estimate. So, moved to seattle and two months later called to get my items delivered and come to find out they are still in CA and had to be driven up. There was constant confusion with the people in dispatch. When I was finally able to get my items, there was extensive damage that could only have been done if the items were literally thrown around the truck. The most upsetting it that they actually ripped a drawer off of the top of an antique dresser and put a deep gash in the top. I was conceded with their BBB rating, but the representative kept assuring me it was just because the businesses are required to pay for the rating. DON'T BUY IT IF THEY TRY TO FEED YOU THIS LINE! They have this rating for a reason. I am in the process of filing a claim with them now for all of the damage, but with only $0.60/pound insurance, I will not even come close to getting back the damage they did, let alone ever be able to replace the sentimental things they broke. The claim form is cumbersome and takes up a lot of time. If you would like to avoid filling one out, then DON'T GO WITH HERCULES!

Read More Hercules did not meet its customer promises. Clean bait and switch. Worked with moving company Alma. Supposed to be straight through - I was promised 3-4 days and planned around that. 7 days since delivery due and no belongings. Told perhaps Mon-Wed, now Wed-Thursday. Shall we take bets on if my things will arrive 10 days late? Or not at all? My belongings have been hijacked by this company and Alma Moving and neither appear concerned - unfortunately, the customer has little power to make them care.
