All of my furniture was in perfect condition too after the move!

Movers arrived 12 hours late and when they arrived they wanted to charge an additional 900 hundred dollars. We called our contact person Chase he could solve the problem ... Read More Movers arrived 12 hours late and when they arrived they wanted to charge an additional 900 hundred dollars. We called our contact person Chase he could solve the problem with the driver Omar and Leo so we were stuck trying to make new arrangements. They violate our contract and we will never trust them again

This company is unfortunately a scam artist. After asking you to just give a high level estimate of goods to be transported, they quote you a price. When you say, I'm not ... Read More This company is unfortunately a scam artist. After asking you to just give a high level estimate of goods to be transported, they quote you a price. When you say, I'm not prepared to tell you everything that is moving, they say "oh don't worry that's ok for today". Just days before the intended move, they ask you to participate in a QA meeting where in my case, I had a fuller list of items plus was ready to point out items which needed extra care. After that meeting, the price doubled!!! As we began to research the company, we discovered that they have law suits against them in California for holding hostage customer's belongings because of a dispute they are having with the customer. We also read accounts where the truck arrives for loading and the lead person begins to demand more money. This has been an awful experience for me. The company is expert in drawing you in with the intent to defraud you. When you make a moving decision, DO NOT use these crooks!

The crew also made sure to strap them in with blankets so they would be properly protected. I thank them sincerely!

George & Nelson did a great job that should be recognized. With their help, moving was less stressful.

They were great, very quick and were very thorough, asking for types of stuff we needed moved and even received photos to make their estimate more accurate. From packaging to loading to redistributing to the appropriate rooms. Make sure you reserve your move early, because these guys are busy!
