Read More It was a 2 day move with a seven man crew.  The entire crew was respectful and polite.  They worked very hard the entire 2 days and were quite efficient.  No sitting around  or working slowly to run up the hours.  They were careful with our belongings and with our walls.  Nothing lost or stolen and no damage of note.  A very good experience and I would certainly use them again.

They outsourced the items to a different moving company entirely and the deadline to have the stuff moved was never fulfilled. Was told that money talks and was being told I had to pay more to receive my items. Everyone was rude and gave the runaround. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

My walls and floors were completely ruined by these movers. They dragged furniture across my hardwood floors, leaving deep scratches, and banged into walls, chipping the ... They dragged furniture across my hardwood floors, leaving deep scratches, and banged into walls, chipping the paint and cracking the drywall in one spot. When I pointed it out, they acted like it wasn’t a big deal and told me to just paint over it. Now I’m stuck with repair bills on top of their outrageous fees.

One person said my move was scheduled for the morning, but the movers didn’t show up until the evening. When I complained, the staff acted like it wasn’t a big deal. I’ve never dealt with such unorganized people.

Read More This was a terrible experience. First, they under quoted me and then added $2k on the final bill. 3 pieces of my furniture is broken and missing shelves for one of my shelving units. Rude service. Was hung up on by a woman. I will never pay to have someone else move me again after this experience. Hopefully there is some recourse for my broken furniture.
