Read More I moved twice in the last year. Both times I used Illinois Movers. They are efficient, precise and affordable as the name says. They were very professional in there jobs, they packed and stored my furniture for almost a year, then they brought it to me when I moved to California. Clay and his crew were on time, and they delivered everything without a scratch! They communicated with me well. Definitely, I will use them again if I have to relocate again. I highly recommend them!

Read More The two movers I had were very professional and quick. They took care of all of our furniture and fragile items with care and even hooked up our washer and dryer for us! They also were very polite when I asked if I could wipe the bottom of some of my furniture of webs while they had it on the dolly. They provided padding for our TV and made sure it was protected while moving which I highly appreciated. I would 100% use this company again. The only thing I would suggest for future is to get a quote emailed prior to having them move to avoid surprise charges or anything like that.

They know what they are doing! Chris and Urosh arrived exactly on time and were able to take command of the situation right away. They were very efficient and took the utmost care in protecting everything. I was impressed how smoothly everything went. Highly recommend.

Read More I saw how seamlessly they relocated my daughter from Ohio to Pennsylvania. It was an easy choice to select Illinois movers to move me the following month when I relocated as well. The movers and driver were all very polite and courteous. They were extremely careful with the transport and placement of my furnishings. I will definitely use them in the future for my moves and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who wants an excellent moving experience.

Read More I wish I could give zero stars for my experience with this company. The problems began the moment I hired them for our move. Initially, they quoted a low amount and made a lot of promises, but everything quickly fell apart when moving day arrived.They showed up at my new house with only one mover, claiming that more were on the way, which turned out to be a complete lie. To make matters worse, the quoted price tripled on the day they came to load our belongings. It felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic.Their treatment of my belongings was utterly disrespectful. Despite labeling boxes as "fragile," they handled everything carelessly. In a desperate attempt to resolve the situation, I contacted the police, who agreed that their practices were shady. To make matters worse, the delivery person was so rude that I felt threatened.I ultimately filed complaints with the Illinois Attorney General, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, and the Illinois Department of Transportation. Please, do not trust this company. They appear to be spoofing a reputable company called Illinois Movers, using a similar logo but with no legitimate business registration. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this operation!
