Experience. Ever. I am so disappointed in IVLs service that I had to write a review to warn others. Once I paid my deposit, they started to become hard to reach, and then once my move was loaded and I paid the next installment it was IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone to call me back. I tried calling, texting and emailing every contact I had and…NOTHING. Once they get your $$, you are dead to them. And forget about any service on the unload. They outsourced it to First Chicago Moving Corp. No one called to confirm the delivery appt, I only got a call from the driver at 8pm on a Friday saying he was 25min away. Two guys to unload a 26’ truck. They were so exhausted they made us remove all the blankets to save them time. Then they didn’t reassemble anything, although the contract says they are supposed to. On top of everything, I’m missing items…couch feet, silverware, bed parts, the list goes on…UGH!

Read More I would like to be contacted by Owner Josh Morales. I've had little to no communication about the delivery of my move from Oregon to Virginia. I started my move with a sales rep, of course attentive, and great promises. (Justin) Next inventory manager and bill of lading step again easy and very attentive (Karen). Oh, let's get the money and get this process going! Loading day, subcontractors 3 hours late out of Washington state. But hey, I've already paid $1300 1/3 deposit. Took 5 hours and all is well, I tipped my 3 guys and pulled off for Virginia. The main person (Francesco) advised a next day pick up in Eugene Oregon. My first available date for delivery was 3/24/23. It's now 4/4/23 with little to No communication from sales or delivery coordinator (Carlina). I again read the contract agreement about 21 business days or 31 days total for a delivery. Soooo I guess I should Expect No Communication until then?!... Worst customer service after the 2/3 monies paid.
