He did a wonderful job on both ends plus delivered early. Natasha did a good job keeping me updated. Larry Miller was the one I spoke with originally, and he was a jewel! Trustworthy!

Read More Interstate is not transparent regarding the worst case scenario delivery timelines. While they are careful to tell you that their first available date is not a guaranteed delivery date, they do not share other than in the fine print that your items can take as long as 21 business days (so about a month) after the first available date to reach you. Furthermore, while their sales team is extremely friendly (because of course they are) when you call to get an update on your shipment, the customer service team is extremely rude and condescending. I wish I would have moved my items myself rather than working with interstate. It would have been cheaper and faster.
