Read More NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! My daughter was told one moving date then strung along for two weeks before the mover they contracted with (Interstate and Discover movers) even put her belongings on a truck for delivery. They increased the initial price when they picked up her stuff even though she did all of the packing herself and they only had to wrap one item. After waiting for 20 days! To get her belongings, They had the nerve to not deliver because they couldn’t bring the truck to her street. There is a major two lane street half a block away from her house! Instead, They made her rent a U-Haul -and meet them at a nearby big box store! and then were going to charge her another $400 to help her unload her stuff at her home!! The representatives were unhelpful, didn’t call back when they said they would and when questioned about the false dates said, “our policies were in the information we emailed you”. The date issues were not in there. We will never use these companies again! Spend the extra money and find someone else up front because these people will price gauge you and you’ll end up paying more in the long run!!

A+ 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Read More The packers were inconsistent with what they said they could and could not pack. A gold bracelet went missing, and giving the packers the benefit of the doubt, I asked if it could have been packed however, I was later told they are not supposed to pack jewelry making it unlikely the bracelet was packed. I was told nothing could be done until I filed a police report, which I did, yet, no one followed up with me. After several frustrating weeks wondering what happened to my bracelet, my HHE was delivered and I eventually found the bracelet packed! I notified Interstate and got crickets. Additionally, the packers packed empty/mostly bottles (liquid cleaners), used excessive amounts of packing materials, and tried to force me to sign a form agreeing to pay for more boxes and materials (no dollar amount provided), despite being assured previously that the quoted price would not change. Even more disappointing, they were also supposed to reassemble everything they had taken apart, but I discovered that the headboard (bookcase style) for my daughter's bed was not properly attached with the necessary bolts to keep it in place. Was in her room to clean up, moved her bed, and the headboard fell over on top of the pillow area. The headboard could have fallen on her in her sleep! I found a handful of screws and washers without any indication of where they belonged. Now I realize, some of them are more than likely for my daughters bed, which was obviously not reassembled as it should have been. I paid nearly $12,000 for this move, but the service provided was far below the standard I was promised.

Read More We are still waiting for our household goods and have requested delivery from storage multiple times now. Our "move coordinator" has yet to call us back! We have placed a request through the website as well as calling multiple times. The last person we spoke with 8 hours ago stated, "we see the delivery request but don't understand why you haven't been contacted by your delivery coordinator yet. We will make another request now". We are still waiting. NO contact and every time we call them we speak with a new customer service rep that says the same thing. This has been disappointing service for a military family.UPDATE:FINALLY got a hold of someone that could tell us more. Everytime we have been contacting THEM. Nobody has reached out to us. AND the "earliest" delivery date is TEN days from now. WOW- that will be 16 days from the first time that we requested our stuff.

Each day I am expected to buy food, buy living necessities and clothes because this company has failed to do its job! Then they have the nerve to ask me to send in receipts like I’m Supposed to keep up with my orders. I wish I could find a way to sue this company but please stay far away!!!! I will make sure that platforms hear about this scam shipping company. The sad part is they are contracted with the government so this is how they handle military and veterans.
