They only seem to be able to communicate when they need something. They totally under estimated the amount of the move, and then were 9 day late in delivering. They didn't send a large enough truck, and had to rent a u-haul to complete the pickup (over two days instead of the agreed one). There were more damages in this move than in 8 prior moves combined. The packers obviously didn't know how to pack artwork because there was no packing material to keep pictures safe and we had multiple breakages. Many other things were broken or damaged as well. But the worst part was their inability to communicate what the status of our move was once it was supposed to be underway and what any target delivery might be till the day before the actual delivery 9 days after the "window" closed. I would NEVER use them again.

Costs always come out more in the end. Communication from team is great at selling point and then turns. On-site team is hit or miss and they use a lot of local temporary labor.
